Ability to place "orders" on items, multiple at once if wanted.

Once an "order" has been started the player must:

- Head to the material drop off location and hand over the required materials.

- Head to the pick up point where they'll be given their weapons.

Orders continue over restart, if a player logs out and returns they will be notified if they are able to continue or have been placed into a queue pending an available pickup/drop-off location.

Config has the ability to lock weapons to specific jobs and/or required timeframe before another order of said item can be completed. You also can lock to specific CSN groups, gangs and more.
